Do I have a site?

    There has been no request for credit card info and it looks like my site domain is stillpointfiction.wordpress.com. I want my own site (stillpointfiction.com) transferred from Simplesite to WordPress. I given the authorization code from Simplesite twice. I do not want to be billed by both services. Send me a link so I can set up my site with a template. WTF is happening?

    Hi there,

    Where exactly did you give the code to transfer that domain? I don’t see any domain transfer requests on your account, or for the domain, stillpointfiction.com, and you would have had to buy a paid plan for us in order to start a transfer.

    Please go to My Site ->Plans and add a paid plan to your account.

    Then go to My Site ->Domains ->Add, and follow the process below to start a domain transfer:
