Do I have a WordPress Site?

    I received a notice that my credit card was about to expire and I need to add a new one. When I log into my account, there’s no site. I currently use Square Space as my site. I transferred it last year I think. Do I have a site registered with WordPress? Thanks!

    Hi there,

    You don’t have any sites under the emilyhartzog account you used to post here, but it’s possible you have an upgrade with us bought under a different account. What is the domain of your Squarespace site? Is it possible you originally bought that domain from us?

    Is the email address at which you received the notice the same or different from the one you see if you go to https://wordpress.com/me/account/?

    If it’s different, you need to log out of this account, and log back in using the email address at which you received that notification instead.
