    Hi there,

    It looks like you have already upgraded to the Premium plan and added the domain petals2paper.com yes?

    To clarify, it is possible to have a free site on WordPress.com but to do that requires you use the free “wordpress.com” site address we assign. If you need a site with a custom URL that requires an upgrade to one of our plans.

    However, you do not have to start with the Premium plan; if you wish I can downgrade you to the Personal Plan, which also includes a free domain (for the first year) so you can save some of the cost that way.

    Another option is that we can refund your upgrade in full, and set your site back to petals2paper.wordpress.com
