  I’m trying to set-up I think I’ve done this twice. I do’t seem to move on to the next step. I’ve signed up once for free premium with credit card number and all and then I end up at another sign -in asking for payment again.
  Is there a personI can talk to?

  I am only seeing the one site (thinpaint.wordpress.com) associated with your WordPress.com user account and I am not seeing that you have any paid upgrades.

  My mistake. Yes, you also have http://waterandpigment.wordpress.com/. But it also does not have any active paid upgrades that I can see.
