Do I keep "Premium" account if I move from WordPress.com to WordPress.org

  I want to use a theme from PEXETO called “Expression” but cannot import themes on wordpress.com. I have PREMIUM and paid $99 for it but would like to move to WordPress.org so I can use the theme I just mentioned but do not want to waste the money I paid. Will my premium benefits come with me if I move to .org? Also will I need to cancel what would be my “old” blog at .com? Thanks, Charlie

  No, your premium theme cannot be exported to WordPress.org. As for other benefits of bundles and upgrades, most of that is STANDARD on a WP.org blog, so you don’t need upgrades.

  Set the old blog to Private once you move.

  You will need to keep your domain name registered somewhere – either here or elsewhere – the staff can separate the registration from the Bundle for you so the renewal is only $ 5.– (I think) and not $ 99.– or you can transfer the domain name registration to another Registrar
