Do I need to renew my CCS changes?

  Hi,
  I paid for the CSS amends last year on my website and I don’t need to make any more further CSS amends. Do I still have to pay the yearly fee in order for my previous CSS amends to remain?

  Yes. The CSS upgrade like every other wordpress.com upgrade is for one blog , for one year and requires renewal annually. If you do not renew what will happen is your CSS editing will disappear and the theme will revert to as it was prior to the CSS editing.
