Do I really need to purchase the plan to reconnect Jetpack and get website back?

I have been having a problem with our website for few days. It is our company website that was created by another agency for us before I joined the company.
The domain is hosted by 3rd party provider. We control it via WordPress.com. The website was down, so I tried to fix the problem but ended up accidentally disconnected Jetpack and lost whole website.
I try to reconnect with Jetpack again but to do that the plugin keep asking me to buy the business plan. As I am not sure whether it is compulsory to buy first. I checked the billing history and didn’t see any purchase history. It connected with Jetpack before but to reconnect, I was asked to buy. So do I have to pay to reconnect and get the website back?
