Do new account and sites vanish if you dont fill in name and othe rinformation?

  I mistakenly entered an email for another wp using site and somehow created a new site, with a totally wierd name, just the email and the assigned name. I dont want this site, want to exit from it, but because it has an email from another site am afrad if I delete the site myself it will trash the other site too. Do new sites automatically ‘vanish’ if not action after a few hours?
