  I am trying to log onto my account to cancel my subscription using my email address but the log in page wants a user name that I do not have. Don’t think I ever had one other than my email address. I want to cancel all of my accounts and subscription please. There is no way to ask for a username. New password OK, but not username on FAQ’s or information page. Why will it not accept my email address?
