  I didn’t make this account, someone else made it and i got email about it, do not ever let my email be used.

  I don’t have a site with WordPress.com yet

  If someone is able to make a wordpress.com account using your email, it means they have full access to your email account. You must thighten security of your email to avoid those problems.
