  I have an email trying to renew a premium plan charge but I don’t want to renew. If I delete my WordPress account will I not have to pay?

  You mustn’t delete your account. Make sure you are logged in with the account that get charged. Go to https://wordpress.com/me/purchases and remove the Premium Plan Upgrade.
