Do you have a solution?

    One of my friends cannot publish a comment because somebody used her email adress to create a wordpress account ; what can she do? Is there any way to soluce the problem? Her email address is (email visible only to moderators and staff).

    Tell her to use a different email address that is not associated with WordPress.com or with Gravatar.

    An alternative is to get a free wordpress.com account but only sign up for an account not a blog and use that.
