Do you have way of tracking WHO has signed up for an RSS FEED?

I have a BLOG hosted by wordpress.com and have recently asked my MEMBERS to sign up for an RSS FEED.
Do you have analytics that would allow me to know WHO has signed up for a feed and maybe allow me to receive a weekly or monthly report of that?

No way to see who has subscribed – sometimes you can see referral traffic from a reader but no way to know who views a Post or Page with a reader

We know that Google probably knows my toothpaste brand and what I had for breakfast….so certainly there must be a way of tracking who has signed up for RSS FEED….Just blowing off steam….THANK YOU for your own reply.

You can see who has signed up for email subscriptions but no way to really know if a specific person actually clicks on the link to read the full post (if you have the feed set to summery)
