While using VIP hosting service do I get full WordPress including access to plugins, just like an software installation ?

No. WordPress.com and WordPress.org are quite different. If you need particular functionality on a VIP blog, you talk to the staff about it and they can get it working for you usually.
You don’t need VIP hosting for a million uniques a month. One blog which was a perfectly ordinary blog got 145 million views in something like 48 hours with no outages.

So I believe I do not need an VIP service as I think I could have 1 Million unique visitors per day and around 5 Million pageviews per day which is safe and as you said no outage should be expected this way .

That is correct. However, should you wish to host ads, or use advanced features for comments and/or submissions, you may find you will need either VIP or independent hosting.

Do you mean I could not put Google Adsense or sell custom ads and show them on my Free site ? also I think you mean I could not use Disqus service .

You cannot place ads AND you cannot use Disqus on a WordPress.com free blog. You can on a VIP blog, but you’d be stupid to use Disqus if you anticipate many comments.

What about Disqus as it needs to install a plugin to work wihle I could not find such feature .

Disqus is terrible for sites with a lot of comments. I comment on a site that routinely gets 1000 comments per post, and it’s a disaster. I suppose you could ask staff to see if they could put it in for you if you insisted, IF you had a VIP account. Otherwise, not a chance.

What about having Premium account or $99 bundle pack, would that do it ? why Disqus is so bad and did you hear it updated it’s platform to become realtime interface .

Only the VIP upgrade would do it. In my estimation you’d be better off getting independent hosting: the price is better. VIP is only if you’re expecting Gawker-like levels of traffic. CNN uses VIP hosting.

Well that what I think, so an WordPress custom installation is for me, for Disqus I think they fixed this issue with the collapse feature they made on widget and honestly I don’t think my readers would all write such “article” comments .
