Does changing my username change my domain url?

If I change my username, will my blog URL change too? For example, if I change my username to LouisvilleDude from elsparkodiablo, will my blog URL change to louisvilledude.wordpress.com from elsparkodiablo.wordpress.com?

No. There are different processes for changing usernames and for changing blog URLs.
You can do both, but they each have their own process.

Do keep in mind that once you change a username or site URL, the original name cannot be reused by you or by another WordPress.com account. Once gone it is gone forever.
