  .life is a standard top-level domain, so it does support private registration, and that’s enabled by default and for free for all domains that support it on WordPress.com.

  Also note that even for domains that don’t support private registration, we only display redacted contact information in the public whois database, as is a common practice in the domains industry since the EU privacy laws came into effect.
