Does WordPress accept purhcase orders as payment?

  I am the Editor-In-Chief of the student newspaper. In the past, we have had a site, and a parent paid the subscription. As the parent’s student has since graduated, we are trying to create a new site using WordPress, and we would like to be able to pay for the subscription through the school’s financial office. However, in the past we’ve had difficulty doing this because of the nature of public school finance setups. Our finance officer has told me that we can only get something paid through the school if the vendor will take a purchase order. Is this something that WordPress offers?

  This is not possible on WordPress.com. We cannot issue a payment order before a payment is made.
