  I need a static IP. Does WordPress hosting provide static IP’s?

  Please tell me a bit more about what it is you’re trying to do. It sounds like you want to map a domain over to WordPress.com?

  If that’s the case we strongly suggest using name servers over IPs and the biggest reason is that IPs change over time. When that happens your site will break until you obtain the updated information.
