Does wordpress paid (pro) hosting include SSL or do I need to get a SSL certific

  Does wordpress paid (pro) hosting include SSL or do I need to get a SSL certificate separately? Or is there a different way to reassure users that information they enter on the site is safe?
  I realise it is possible to access the Dashboard/Admin panel using https, my question here is about end users.

  @edemystified and @willeysher Please read this Support doc for clarity about the differences between free hosted WordPress.com (where we are) and running the standalone software available for download on WordPress.org.

  @edemystified Pro Hosting on WordPress.com only gives you a certain set of available upgrades packaged at a special price (Value Bundle). There is no SSL certificate available for purchase on WordPress.com
