Does wordpress provide what I need?

    Good evening!
    I am thinking to create a wordpress webpage and I am trying to understand if there is a plug-in that will allow me to sell surveys. More specifically:
    1) Have a payment option (paypal and/or credit cards)
    2) Once the person pays, gets access to a google form where they can answer the survey questions.

    That is not functionality that WordPress.com offers.

    You might be able to find a plugin that would allow you to do this on a self-hosted WordPress.org site.
