We do not have access to the source code here since this is a multiuser platform and we all share the same files. As far as meta keywords go, there really isn’t an reason to use them anymore since no search engine even looks at them. Google’s Matt Cutts said so about a year ago, and it was even on the official google blog.
Just categorize and tag your posts and you will do well. WordPress.COM has serious search engine juice and the SEO here can’t be beat really.

You’re welcome.
When you write your posts, you can assign categories and tags to them. Categories help to arrange your posts by subject matter and tags can be used to further refine the them. Search engines will pick up on the tags and categories. Don’t use more than about 10 total tags and categories as search engines will get suspicious, and you can end up getting excluded from the global tags pages.
Search the support pages here for “tags” and “categories” to get more information, and if you are new to wordpress, these two links should help.
