  I’ve been trying to get my old registrar to transfer my domain. Without conferring with me he says he transferred it to you.

  Do you now have access to this domain? How do I access it?

  Hi there,

  From what I can see that domain was transferred to an account here on WordPress.com, but to be able to access it you will need the owner of the domain to provide you with access to that account so you can log in.

  We are not able to assist you with this further in our public forums but you can also email our accounts team at passwordhelp@wordpress.com and they may be able to assist you in the steps you will need to take to secure access to that account.
