    Hi,

    I have a domain that expired. I’m trying to renew it but it is not on the account section. There is a notification to renew but when i click it does not give me an option to pay. Whois says the domain is in redemptionPeriod

    What do i need to do to get the domain back?

    Your domain newworkjunction.com expired on December 10. We sent several email warnings both before and shortly after it expired.

    A late renewal fee of $80 will be added to the regular price of renewal. This fee is charged by our domain partner and is not one which we can waive. That’s in addition to your annual domain renewal from us, so the total is going to be $98.

    I have sent a payment request for the total of $98 to the email address on your account. Once the payment is sent, please reply here to let us know, and we will send a note to our domain partner regarding newworkjunction.com. This process only takes about 2-3 days start to finish.

    Payment completed. This is a very big problem for us. Can you expedite? Yes, you may well have sent ‘several email warnings’ but these were amongst much other junk that comes from WordPress and so I did not notice any of them. I have other domains with Register and HOstMonster and this problem never arises.

    If you feel like you’re receiving too many irrelevant emails from us, you can change that from https://wordpress.com/me/notifications/updates. That way, you’ll receive only the necessary notifications.

    We try to renew any subscription a month before it expires so that we have enough time to reach out should there be any problem. However, our only way to contact you is the email address you set on your account.
