  Hello I had a domain on this site named mi-records.com I have it point somewhere else now but that site is still unable to host it as it says its linked else where can you help me by telling if my domain still has any type of relations with WordPress thank you.

  mi-records.com is not registered through WordPress.com, it was just mapped here. Domain Mapping is the upgrade you would purchase if you wanted to use a domain registered elsewhere (GoDaddy or 1and1 for example) with your WordPress.com site.
