Hi there, I actually see 2 separate sites:
https://futurescare.wordpress.com/ (using the Shoreditch theme)
and
https://futurescare.com/ (using the Harmonic theme)(no www in any WPcom address)
Are you the owner of both sites? If so and you still don’t see https://futurescare.com/ please try accessing from a different browser to the one you are currently using and/or clearing your current browser’s cache and cookies, which will also sign you out of WPcom.
Please note it can take up to 72 hours for the internet to catch up to the change and the domain owner is usually the last person to see it (because of caching issues).

Also, if the intent was to have the domain https://futurescare.com/ appear on https://futurescare.wordpress.com/ please come back to this forum thread and add the MODLOOK tag to the Tags section of the sidebar to receive Staff assistance.

Hi again @futurescare – You said here:
“The intention is to have visitors go to http://www.futurescare.com thanks for the help”
Since it appears that there is no Domain mapping upgrade for futurescare.com (and the domain itself is registered with GoDaddy) you’ll want to read this support doc on how to map a domain you already own to your WordPressdotcom site https://en.support.wordpress.com/map-existing-domain/ so that visitors will see your custom domain on your WordPressdotcom site.
Is it possible that you intended to have your site hosted solely at GoDaddy using the standalone WP software and not at WordPressdotcom, which are separate entities? https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
(FYI – I can no longer access https://futurescare.com/ directly and for me http://www.futurescare.com/ now redirects to https://futurescare.wordpress.com/)
