  I bought a domain address and I cancelled it. I got my money back. Now, I want to buy the same domain address on another site and create my website. Why can’t I buy that domain?
  I do not use it anymore. I want to buy the same address again.

  When you cancel a domain, it’s isn’t released immediately, https://wordpress.com/support/domains/#cancel-a-domain-name
