    Hello, i would like to ask when my domain name will be free and ready to register again? I bought a domain ‘marbartransport.co.uk’ on your site but I chose a different site to create my own, so I unsubscribed from your site and currently cannot re-subscribe to another provider. Alternatively, is it possible to transfer it?

    Hi there,

    Since you canceled that domain instead of transferring it, you caused it to be parked. To be able to use that domain elsewhere we first need to restore it and then you’ll be able to transfer it away.

    I see that you have already received a refund for the domain and I need you to pay for it again so that I can restore it. For that, I have already emailed you a payment form. Once you have completed the payment reply here and I’ll restore the domain.
