  so i want to start a blog with the domain harshinikumaran.wordpress but it already exists. However when i found harshinikumaran.wordpress.com it said the account had been deleted so why am i not able to start a blog with my preferred domain

  Generally, WordPress.com URLs are not recycled. Deleted domains stay deleted. So if the system says that the URL is not available, you will need to chose another URL.
