    Hi!
    I lost my debit card and I had forgotten to update it here. I was going through my emails and noticed you guys emailed me, but I didn’t see it until now. I am wondering if I lost my domain name? I am also wondering how can I get my blog back? Thanks so much for your help.

    Hi there,

    According to our records the domain tothecor.com was not renewed in time for it’s expiry date of 02/06/2022 and as a result it was cancelled and returned to the registry to sell to the public.

    It seems that in that time someone else has purchased the domain and it is no longer available. Sorry that we are not able to help futher but you are welcome to upgrade to one of the plans we offer here, and it will include a free year of domain registration. https://wordpress.com/pricing/

    It will not be possible to register tothecor.com but you can instead choose from any available domain name in our system.

    Thank you so much for your reply. Is there a way to buy a new domain, and then transfer my material to the new one?

    Hi there,

    You can easily register a new domain by going to Upgrades > Domains > Add a domain. You can then connect that domain to a WordPress.com site or to a site hosted elsewhere.
