Hy, I think I need some help. 2 days ago I payed for personal package and a domain name called nikolsays.com. Today I realised that I can’t customize a theme or add a new theme, so I asked for help. I wanted a refund and the girl I was talking to said that I will get my money back in 7 days. But I kept my domain, because I was planning to make a new blog on wordpress.org. Now I realized that its really hard for me and I do not understand a lot of things. I thought that maybe I can start this process again on wordpress.com, with my domain name. But when I want to start a new page with the domain nikolsays.com, it says that this name is already mapped on wordpress. Is there any possibilities to start this blog-making process with nikolsays.com?

Hi there,
The issue is that when you deleted your site, you also inactivated your domain registration. I reactivated the domain, but currently have no active site to map it to. I’d create a new site and then let me know the name of it – I’ll map it to that site for you.

Sorry, I’m really confused. The only thing I want is use this domain, but maybe it’s easier if I just make a new one…
But before you replied, something happened. I was looking for a hosting website and I found a great one in my country, and they sent me the bill about the fee. I choosed the option to use nikolsays.com as my domain name. They asked me to send them the “Auth Code”. You know where is this code?

Yes, you can create a new site with a new wordpress.com URL, and I’ll map nikolsays.com to your new site so that it replace your wordpress.com URL.

Sounds like you are in the process of transferring your domain to a different hosting site. Is this what you want to do? If so, you’ll need to wait 60 days until the domain is eligible for transfer.

Thanks for your help! So I recently made a new blog nikolsayss.com (with 2 s at the end) with my account.
Actually I really don’t want to transfer my domain name but I had no idea what to do… :( But if you can make my first domain available with my account that would be great, and thank you so much for your help! :)
