  Hello, did you purchase the domain through WordPressdotcom/WildWestDomains or through a different domain registrar?

  In order to map a domain registered with a different registrar on your WordPressdotcom site, you’ll need to purchase one of the upgrade Plans.

  Hello, I bought with WordPressdotcom. I do not understand why I have to buy something else, knowing I already buy a domain name. I just want to know why I can not access it.

  Hi @williamkeo, williakeo.com does not exist at this time, but I was able to find information on williamkeo.com . You bought it then cancelled the subscription about a week later. Would you like us to add that back for you?
