  I deleted the domain’ bigfishenglishschool’ but when I try to buy the same domain from Wix, they say ‘ this domain is taken’ Could you solve this problem?

  Hey there,

  If you’re wanting to use your domain at a different host, you should never cancel it at your current host – once you decide to cancel your domain, there is no guarantee that you will be able to reacquire it in the future. Someone else could gain access to it. Also, it usually takes a few weeks for your domain registration to clear and become available once you cancel it. There isn’t an exact time, however, so you’ll be checking consistently to see when it becomes available.

  If you want to keep using your domain but you don’t want to use WordPress.com anymore, you don’t have to cancel it. Instead, you can move the domain to another site

  I see that you also deleted your site and account. I would need to restore both if you decide you want us to try and restore the domain. I’ll be happy to see if we can restore the domain back to your account, but I cannot guarantee that we will be able to get the domain back.
