  I paid for the personal upgrade and the transaction went through, I checked my account. But on my dashboard, it still says my plan is free and that my domain is cherylcullifordmorton.wordpress.com when I paid to get cherylculliformorton.com please can anyone help me sort this out?

  Did you try to purchase the upgrade while logged into this account? I don’t see any transactions in your account history and the domain, cherylculliformorton.com, is not registered.

  It looks like the plan and domain is still in the shopping cart for your account, which means the transaction hasn’t been completed yet. It’s possible something went wrong when you tried to pay and the payment never went through. Please try again via this link:
