    Hi there,
    We have a website http://www.faktori.fi it should be able to access using both faktori.fi and http://www.faktori.fi. For some reason faktori.fi can’t be reache dusing Google Chrome. We just get an error message sayng: faktori.fi’s server DNS address could not be found. Any ideas how to solve this?

    Hi there,

    The domain, faktori.fi, is not connected to any WordPress.com site or account. I see you have a redirect set up with your domain provider to point it to your WordPress.com site. If the www link is not working, it’s because you don’t have a redirect set up on the www subdomain of your domain. We’re not able to fix that as we have no control over your domain. You need to contact your domain provider for help with that.

    Please note that we do not recommend this method to connect a domain to a WordPress.com site. The correct way to connect your domain here is via a domain mapping upgrade:
