  Hi,

  I would just like to renew the domain, I do not require the re-routing but this seems to be added to the cart by default when trying to renew the domain.

  Thanks for confirming. allthatisshe.com expired on 2017-05-26 and is currently in the redemption period:

  Domain Expiration

  We can still try to recover the domain but you will need to be pay $80 redemption fee in addition to the $26 renewal cost. If you agree, I can generate a payment request and contact our domain registrar once it has been paid.

  If you do not want to pay the fee you can wait until the domain is released but this can take 80 days or more. There is also no guarantee you will be the first to register it again.

  Please let me know which option you would prefer and if you have any questions.

  Hi dominiquedavis01,

  I’ve just sent a payment request to the email address on your account — the domain costs are included in the plan you purchased so I’m only requesting the redemption fee. I’ll contact our registrar once you’ve paid and we usually hear back in 1-2 business days. I can then restore the domain back to your account if they are able to recover it.

  It’s usually 1-2 business days. I can restore the domain to your account when I receive confirmation from the registrar so I’ll keep an eye out for their reply.

  Good news! allthatisshe.com has been restored and the domain is now active on your account.

  I notice you have added domain mapping for allthatsheis.com, but the name servers aren’t pointing to WordPress.com. Do you need this upgrade? If not, I can cancel and refund it for you.
