I recently deactivated and cancelled my website and had it restored. How can I get my domain name I already had registered with my WordPress website that I canceled? -

Since you have already received a full refund you need to repurchase the domain again. For that, I have already emailed you a payment request. Reply back here when you have submitted the payment so that I can restore your domain.

I have not received a refund. Do you know what account the refund was sent? I was initially informed the refund was to be credited on my WordPress account as a refund was not permitted.

I checked again, and you are correct. You have not been refunded, and you don’t need to pay again to have your domain restored.
I see you also deleted the site on which you had the domain. Do you wish to restore that WordPress.com site and the Premium Plan as well?
If not, I’ll need you to create a new free WordPress.com site first – the domain has to be connected to a site on our system for you to be able to access its settings to, for example, transfer it or point it to another hosting provider.
Please confirm how you’d like to proceed, and then we can get the domain reactivated for you.

I am being charged for the again. Why am I being charged when I shouldn’t because I was never sent a refund for the account? Will you stop the payment as I do not owe anything.
