    I transferred my domain (including server info) to my new wix site. now I am getting emails to say my domain is about to expire. when I log into WordPress, manage purchases, there is nothing there to renew. my wix site is still using my domain ‘rebekahcollinsphotographer.com’. can you help?

    The WordPress.com account you’re using to post here has never owned any domains on WordPress.com.

    The domain, rebekahcollinsphotographer.com, belongs to a different WordPress.com account, and is currently the process of being transferred. In order to help you with that domain you’ll first need to log into the correct account, but we can’t do anything with a domain if a transfer is already in progress.
