I recently asked to cancel my premium plan via e-mail, and I had no idea it would cancel my domain. The support personnel told me this after she had processed the cancellation, otherwise, I would never have done this had I known. Is there any way for me to please get the following domain back. northstarserbia.org

No worries. I’ve sent a note to our domain partner to have the domain restored. It’s not in redemption yet, so that’s great news. I’ll be in touch once I hear back, typically it only takes 1-2 days.

Sorry, I forgot to mention that the full amount was refunded, $99. Once the domain can be restored we will need to collect the registration fee of $26.
