  My domain was assigned home.blog but I wanted it to be wordpress.com However, WordPress isn’t letting me change the domain. Why isn’t it working?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  You can change that address to a .wordpress.com one by following these instructions:

  Thank you! My issue is that the change site address button is faded out and won’t let me click it for some reason…and I can’t type into the box either. It’s not the end of the world if I’m stuck with home.blog though

  Hi there,

  You should be able to change it – your account is verified, and an unverified account is the only thing that can block this action.

  If you’re unable to type in the search box at all, it points to a browser issue. Please see if clearing your browser cache or using a different browser makes any difference.

  Hi, I tried using a different browser and it still blocked me from changing it. It’s okay, though–I can just use the home.blog domain Thanks for trying to help me!
