  I have just transferred the domain I own using an EPP code to yourselves. It wasn’t clear that I would have to pay and not use a free account. How do I cancel the transfer? Thanks

  What’s the domain in question? I’d need to check the status as it hasn’t come in to your account yet.

  Typically you’d get a chance to cancel from the registrar. I’d suggest asking them about that.
