  I setup my domain thru godaddy and WordPress has my blog should I change my domain host or just mapp

  You don’t have any sites on WordPress.com.

  If you’re using WordPress at GoDaddy, you’re using the open source WordPress.org software, which is something completely different from WordPress.com, and you don’t have to transfer anything to or buy anything from us for that site.
