  Hi,
  It appears that my domain has expired? I do not know when this happened. I added my card for auto-renew.

  Are you speaking of helenfowowe.com?

  That domain expired on 10 June. It looks like you had added a card to your account at some point, but cards added on the Billing History page are only used for new purchases. For automatic renewal a card has to be added for the specific upgrade on the Purchases page, and there’s currently no payment method associated with your domain.

  Please go to https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/, click on the domain there, and click on Add Payment Method to enable auto-renew for future renewals on that domain.

  Ah, I took another look, and you did renew that domain in May. But then either you or your bank disputed that charge. This caused the upgrade to be removed from your account pending the dispute.

  Chargebacks and Disputes

  The chargeback was later cancelled, but you never contacted us so we can restore the domain to your account.

  The domain is now restored, and it was properly renewed, but it doesn’t have a payment method added for automatic renewal, so please add that as I explained above.
