    I just bought my domain with google. The have an option to include wordpress but I didn’t want to lose my already existing page what would be the best option as for now I just want my domain to be directed to here.

    Hi there,

    To use your domain with us on WordPress.com, you’ll need to upgrade your site to a paid plan, and then you can connect the domain here using our domain mapping option:

    The WordPress option you see on Google’s end is to set up a stand-alone WordPress installation on their hosting. If you plan to use the domain on your WordPress.com site, make sure you’re paying Google only for the domain, not for hosting as well, as we’re already providing hosting to you.
