  I would like to use a domain that a purchased through Spotify, however my 60 days have not expired to complete this matter. I would like to use that domain name with a WordPress.com site. In order to do this, would you recommend I create a new domain name though WordPress or transfer to WordPress.com once the domain is eligible which is November 20, 2021 ?

  The 60-day limit only affects domain transfers.

  You can use a domain you already own on a site at WordPress.com any time, without transferring it, by following the steps at https://wordpress.com/support/domains/connect-existing-domain/
