  can i still use the old domain after it gets deleted after I cancel the plan?

  Hi,

  The short answer is that yes, it is possible. You can elect to cancel your plan but keep your domain.

  However, it looks like you have canceled both plan and domain and received a refund for both. So, in order to recover control of that domain, you have two options:

  1. Repurchase the domain registration from us. This would cost $18/yr. If you choose this option, please reply here and let us know so we can set up next steps for you.

  2. Wait until the domain goes through the cancellation process and register the domain with another registrar. This can take a week or two and it’s possible for someone else to register the domain before you are able to. Though the chance of that really depends on how common/unique your domain was.
