  Hello, along with a premium plan, I bought the domain https://directissimo17.fr. The purchase was made on November 12th and I got a refund on November 14th. But I would like to get it back to transfer it. Is this possible?

  Yes, it is still possible to retrieve the domain; however, you’d need to pay the registration fee again since you received a full refund. I have sent you an email with the invoice – once you’ve paid, let us know here so we can restore the domain back to your site.

  Note that you will not be able to transfer it during the first 60 days, although you will be able to point it to another site before that time passes:
