  We have absolutely no history of domains, sites, purchases, transactions, or billing activity of any kind under the account you’re currently logged into.

  What is the domain name you were referring to?

  You did renew your domain registration with us, but your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted with iPage.

  Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.   I suspect maybe you didn’t renew your hosting with iPage. You can contact them at https://www.ipage.com/help

  We are the domain registrar, but we are not the hosting provider. The only thing you have through us is registration of the domain, iPage has the content of the site.

  I recommend checking with them again, and if they still refer you back to us, please provide more detail.

  Alternatively, if they say you need to get support for the WordPress software, that’s WordPress.org, not WordPress.com.
