  I was able to obtain a refund after opening an account but I’m now unable to retain my domain. How can I get access to my domain Naa baseball.com?

  Hi there!

  Canceled domains are not immediately made available. In the case of new domains, like yours, you usually have to wait for around 5 days after cancelation. You can do that, or we can send you an invoice for the registration fee and recover the domain for you.
  If we do, you won’t be able to transfer it immediately (ICANN locks new domains for transfer for 60 days), but you’ll be able to point it to any other site by updating the DNS records.
