  I canceled my whole account including domain and did not get refunded. I paid $180 for all on 1/21 and cancelled today and only got $162 refund. I need my $18 back as you verified that the domain is cancelled and was done with in the 96 hr window

  I’ve processed the rest of that refund for you. So you should be all set. Please keep in mind that while many refunds show up withing 24-48 hours, it is not unusual for them to take up to 7-10 days. And in rare cases, typically with non USA banks, even longer.
