  hi. i need to get my domain back again. it is elinorkatharine.com
  i have been trying to ask for help via email and they will only send me link to forums. i was told i need to pay $80 to have my domain back. how and where am i going to pay to get my domain back?

  I’m sorry, but since https://wordpress.com/forums/topic/domain-207/ the domain has begun the process of being returned to the public registry, meaning we no longer have any control over it: https://wordpress.com/support/domains/domain-expiration/#domain-released

  I recommend trying to register it once a day, and as long as no one else registers it before you, you should be able to eventually re-register the domain.
